Booking Procedure

STEP 1:
If you think you might be interested to come onboard on one of our cruises, the first step is to check for available dates in the Availability page, and fill in the Request Form (in the same page) or just send us an email. There, you give us information about the type of holiday you are looking for, your interests and the dates that suit you the most, your contact details, but also any questions you may have about your cruise.
( If you have decided from the beginning that you want to book a holiday with us, you can omit 'STEP 1' and 'STEP 2'.)

STEP 2:
We will get back to you with information about availability and alternative dates in case the yacht is fully booked for the dates you originally wanted, as well as information about the particular cruise that you requested.

STEP 3:
Once you decide to book your holiday, you need to ask us (by email or phone) to make a provisional booking for you (normally for 48 hours, or longer if you request it). This will give you time to book your flights and your holiday with us.

STEP 4:
We will confirm your provisional booking and email you the relevant information for paying your deposit:
a.  Our bank account details for payments by money transfer, and
b. The procedure for paying the deposit with your credit card, through the secure page of our bank's website.

STEP 5:
You can go ahead and book your holiday by filling in our Booking Form. At the time of booking you will have to pay a deposit which is 30% of the total cost and the remainder will have to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your cruise.

Please note that if your booking is made in less than 8 weeks from the starting date, then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

STEP 6:
Within 24 hours of receiving your deposit, we will send you your booking confirmation.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
Once you fill in the booking form, you will be taken to our bank's secure site (Piraeus Bank) where you will give your card details directly to their credit card payment system. This is a system created by banks internationally in order to add extra security to customers on credit card transactions.
The bank will then forward the amount into our account (together with your Customer Reference number) and notify our office that the transaction was completed successfully.
This way customers no longer need to give their card information to any company they are having a transaction with, which adds peace of mind for everyone.

However if for whatever reason you prefer not to complete the transaction directly with the bank, you may give us your card details by email or over the phone, provided that we receive written authorization to charge your card.

Please note that for credit card payments there will be an extra charge of 3% on the amount that you pay. This is the bank's charge for credit card transactions.

Money Transfer
In 'STEP 4' above we will forward you our IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Bank Identifier Code), as well as our company and bank details which are sometimes requested by banks of certain countries.
With our IBAN and BIC you can carry out the transaction from your computer (if you have Internet banking) or by going to your bank and doing it the traditional way.
