
Booking Procedure
Having decided to come onboard on one of our cruises, the first step is to fill in the Request Form in the Availability page.
There, you give us information about the type of holiday you are looking for, your interests and the dates that suit you most, as well as your contact details.
We will get back to you with information about availability and alternative dates in case the yacht is fully booked for the dates you originally wanted.
Then you can go ahead and book your holiday by filling in the Booking Form. At the time of booking you will have to pay a deposit which is 30% of the total cost and the remainder will have to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
If your booking is made in less than 8 weeks from the departure date, then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Within 24 hours you will receive your booking confirmation.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
Once you fill in the booking form, you will be taken to Winbank's secure site where you will give your card details directly to our bank. This is a system created by banks internationally in order to add extra security to customers on credit card transactions.
The bank will then forward the amount into our account (together with your Customer Reference number) and notify our office that the transaction was completed successfully.
This way customers no longer need to give their card information to any company employee at the other end of the line, which adds peace of mind for everyone.
However if you prefer not to complete the transaction directly with the bank, you may give us your card details by email or over the phone, provided we receive written authorization to charge your card.
Money Transfer
Alternatively you may pay or transfer the money from your bank directly to our account. In this case, please contact us for our bank details.
