From Lefkas to Patra

This cruise will take place mostly around the Ionian islands, but will finish at the town of Patra, in the Gulf of Patras. The suggested route is the following.
Saturday 11th of April: Lefkas - Meganisi (Vathi)
Sunday 12th of April: Meganisi - Kalamos
Monday 13th of April: Kalamos - Kastos
Tuesday 14th of April: Kastos - Ithaca
Wednesday 15th of April: Ithaca - Kefalonia (Fiskardo)
Thursday 16th of April: Kefalonia (Fiskardo) - Oxia
Friday 17th of April: Oxia - Patra
Saturday 18th of April: End of the cruise
